Our platform delivers custom-trained language models optimised for your industry's specific terminology, workflows, compliance requirements, and use cases. - Violating any applicable laws or regulations;

- Using outputs from our AI systems to train competing models or for competitive intelligence purposes without our prior written consent;
- Inputting data into our systems in a manner that violates applicable data protection laws or the rights of third parties.
You are solely responsible for the content, data, and decisions arising from your use of our tools, even when assisted by our AI systems. Our services are an aid and do not remove your final responsibility for any outcomes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality on our platform — including but not limited to AI models, DSLM architectures, AIoT frameworks, software, algorithms, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of Beekshan Technology Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit prior written permission.
Client IP: Any intellectual property owned by you prior to engagement with us remains yours. IP developed jointly during an engagement will be governed by the specific terms of your written service agreement with us.
AI Model Outputs: Outputs generated by our AI systems for your use case are delivered under license terms specified in your service agreement. Underlying model architectures, training methodologies, and proprietary algorithms remain exclusively owned by Beekshan Technology Private Limited.
Our commitment to being a force for good extends to respecting all intellectual property rights, including those of our clients and third parties.
Data Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to the security and privacy of your data. Our practices are guided by the principle of putting our clients first and protecting your trust through transparency and integrity. We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this data processing. We will not sell your data to third parties.
By design, our DSLM and BodhIoT solutions can be deployed on-premises or within your private cloud environment, ensuring your sensitive business data does not leave your controlled infrastructure without your explicit consent. This supports compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
Where you share confidential business information with us in the course of an engagement — including proprietary processes, operational data, or technical specifications — we will treat such information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent, except where required by applicable law.
AI Outputs Disclaimer
Our Services involve artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, including Domain-Specific Language Models (DSLM), predictive maintenance models, and computer vision systems. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs are probabilistic in nature and may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free;
- Predictive and prognostic maintenance alerts (via BodhIoT) are advisory and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before action is taken;
- You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs from our Services;
- Model performance may vary depending on the quality and completeness of data you provide;
- We continuously improve our models, and outputs may evolve over time as models are updated.
Critical decisions — particularly in healthcare equipment management and safety-critical manufacturing environments — must be validated by qualified human experts. Our AI systems are a decision-support tool, not a replacement for professional judgment.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. While our AI systems are built to be reliable, we do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services. You acknowledge that your use of the services is at your sole risk.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Beekshan Technology Private Limited in the six (6) months preceding the claim, regardless of the form of action.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled in accordance with the provisions below.
8.1 Arbitration, Mediation, Negotiation
All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, they shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties.
8.2 Location
The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be India, at a location mutually agreed upon by the parties.
8.3 Language
The language of the arbitration shall be English.
8.4 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.
Miscellaneous
9.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any written service agreement or statement of work entered into between you and Beekshan Technology Private Limited, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Services.
